Shipping Policy
At Veil & Vengeance, we partner with independent designers, makers, and brands to bring you a curated selection of gothic, alternative, and dark luxury inspired pieces. Because we operate as a multi vendor marketplace, items in your order may be fulfilled and shipped directly by the individual vendor or designer through our Shipturtle powered vendor fulfillment system.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. Once your order is placed, the applicable vendor will receive the order details through Shipturtle and begin preparing your item for shipment.
Processing times may vary by vendor, product type, availability, and whether the item is made to order, limited run, or ready to ship. Estimated processing or shipping timelines, when available, will be listed on the product page or shared in your order confirmation.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
Shipping carriers may vary depending on the vendor, destination, product size, and available shipping options. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates are provided through the vendor fulfillment process in Shipturtle. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after a shipping label has been created.
Multi Vendor Orders
If your order includes products from more than one vendor, your items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages. Each vendor is responsible for fulfilling their portion of the order, so shipping timelines, packaging, and tracking numbers may vary.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment once it becomes available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping destination, vendor location, package weight, package dimensions, and available carrier options.
Because we work with multiple vendors, shipping costs may vary depending on the number of vendors included in your order and where each item is being shipped from.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Shipping availability may vary by vendor.
Estimated delivery times begin after the vendor has processed and shipped the order. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select items or vendors. If international shipping is available, shipping rates and options will be shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by the destination country. Veil & Vengeance is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier issues.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely fulfillment, delays may occur due to vendor processing times, carrier disruptions, weather, customs, high order volume, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we will help coordinate with the vendor to review the shipment status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Veil & Vengeance is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted to the vendor or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, front desk staff, or your local carrier.
Veil & Vengeance is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in coordinating with the vendor and carrier to investigate the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Damage claims may require review by the vendor and carrier before a resolution can be provided.
